Peppermint Pure Essential Oil has a sweet minty fragrance.
It is invigorating, soothing, refreshing and cooling.
In Aromatherapy Peppermint Essential oil is excellent for relieving headaches, mental fatigue, muscular pain,insect bites, nausea, indigestion, PMT and hot flushes.
It can be used in massage, baths, inhalation and compress.
Add a few drops to a tissue if suffering from a cold, headache or nausea.
3-4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in a basin of water will refresh tired feet.
Use sparingly in the bath or massage.
